Proper care is essential to ensure the longevity, appearance, and performance of your window film.
Immediately After Installation
- Do not roll down the windows for 3–5 days (or as advised), depending on weather conditions.
- Do not clean the inside of the windows for at least 7 days.
- Some haze, streaks, or small water bubbles may appear during the curing process. This is normal and will disappear as the film dries.
Curing Time
- Window tint typically takes 2–4 weeks to fully cure.
- In colder or humid conditions, curing may take longer.
- Avoid touching or pressing on the film during this period.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Use a soft microfiber cloth.
- Clean with ammonia-free window cleaners only.
- Do not use abrasive pads, paper towels, or harsh chemicals.
- Spray cleaner onto the cloth first rather than directly on the window.
What to Avoid
- Sharp objects near the film.
- Stickers, decals, or suction cups on tinted windows.
- Using ammonia-based cleaners at any time.
Long-Term Care
- With proper care, your window tint can last for many years without fading, bubbling, or peeling.
